I recently completed the Everest Base Camp Trek Standard 14 Days with Eco Tourism Adventure, and it was an unforgettable experience. The trek was impeccably organized, with every detail taken care of. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breathtaking views of the Himalayas, combined with the cultural richness of the Sherpa villages, made each day a new adventure. The accommodations were comfortable, and the meals provided were delicious and varied. I highly recommend Eco Tourism Adventure for anyone looking to embark on this incredible journey. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am already planning my next adventure with them.
We had an experience that we will never forget with Domi and the team at Eco Tourism Adventure. Domi was incredibly helpful pre-trek as we peppered him with questions, always very well informed, quick to respond and so polite. Then Kishor's big, smiling welcome to Kathmandu set the tone for a trip that was filled with laughter, friendship and the experience of awe as we made our way through Upper Mustang. Bhim, was (and is) the perfect guide, fun, knowledgeable, supportive and always looking for ways to add something special to each day. Ngima too, was more than just an incredible porter, he soon became a friend as we all sang our way up the passes, in between heavy breaths. Nayeli and I could not recommend Eco Tourism Adventure more highly to anyone looking to trek in the Himalayas and experience the life, people and nature of this beautiful region.
We contacted the company and got an immediate positive and professional response from Bibek. He went great lengths to offer us a trek that suited our time and budget while in Nepal.
We hiked the Ghorepani-Ghandruk circle in six days with Domi as a guide and Lhakpa as a porter. They both did a super job and were always helpful and at our service. We stayed in nice small guesthouses along the way and Domis experience with the area helped us get the best food and accommodation at every place we stopped.
We learned a lot from Domi about Nepali culture and way of life while hiking, and he also knows everything there is to know about mountains, weather conditions, flora and fauna.
Next time we're in Nepal (we will come back), we're definitely using Eco Tourism Adventure again. You meet many people and companies along the way, and none seemed as professional as ETA.
Domi was a great guide and climber. Unfortunately we were not able to make it to the summit due to bad conditions. Domi is very knowledgable,experienced in the Himalayas, and great to talk to. I enjoyed my climb very much throughtout the whole exerience.
Domi and team were referred to me by a colleague who’s husband used to be a Sherpa. Being my first time in Nepal I did not know what to expect. From the time I landed in Kathmandu to my departure Domi and Eco Tourism were first class hosts and guides.
The trek to Everest Base Camp (EBC) was a personal event with just Domi and myself. It allowed me the flexibility to go at our own pace taking time to enjoy the many beautiful scenes or to put my head down and giver for those gruelling long uphill portions. Domi ensures I was well taken care of on the trail and at the tea houses which were first rate for the region.
Being just the two of us, I was fortunate to get to know Domi personally and he is a kind individual that cares about the mountains, the lifestyle, nature and of course his customers wellbeing and enjoyment during the adventure.
I would highly recommend considering Eco Tourism for any of your Himalayan trekking adventures. They take great pride in other work
Everything before our trek was really well organised and we were warmly met at the airport. Our whole trip was amazing and it was made even better by the knowledge and experience of the staff at Eco Tourism. Our guide Kishwor was brilliant, he got to know each member of our group and remained extremely professional throughout. He is highly experienced and has good connections in the area and great knowledge about everything. Kishwor, Bibek and lhakpa were brilliant and I will definitely be going back to Nepal to trek with them again.
Excellent 7 day trek in the Annapurna range including poon hill. An extremely professional company who will tailor a trek to your need and overdeliver on your expectations. With long experience I felt sure they know their stuff. I’ll use them again for my next Nepal visit.
Our guide was Domi and the assistant guide Lhakpah. Compared to other group guides we met these guys are truly professionals.
The trekking to base camp area organized by Eco Tourism Adventure was on unforgettable. Experience which at shall always affected skill full of the guide, Mr Domi was been taking care of everything doing 14 days of trekking.
From Besisahar to Pokhara, I m not really good trekker, I do this trek just for fun but I can tell Eco Tourism Adventure is was unbelievable I did it with a friend (Mich) and with a good guide calls Domi.
It was first visit to Nepal, and I went trekking to Shivapuri. Our tour guide Domi was really considerable and nice to us all the time when we went trekking, we visited many villages and meet lots of local people
